Friends,
You are welcome today at this corner, where we make bold moves to find meaning to life issues.
Like I said in my last note, and precisely the very first post; we shall be concerned with as many that are in the above mentioned situations.
Be reminded again; you are just down but never out. Now, it is not a sin to be down, but it can be if one decides to remain on the ground.
The good news to whosoever here is that, there is only one direction available to such a person, and that direction is UP, after all, you can't go below the ground as long as you are still alive.
The unpleasant truth however is that quite a lot of people are DOWN and sincerely they don't know what to do; your case is poor as anyone who is actually making an effort on his/her own to rise up but just can do so alone.
Somebody may be wondering; how can you say somebody is unable to rise up alone by him/herself!
Let me remind you that there are some kind of falls that are nothing short of a crash, and it can really leave you in pieces.
Either of the above scenarios has only one solution: you need a helper in such situation, or rather HELPERS
These are GOD and a MAN.
When I say a man; not necessarily gender-wise, it can be a male or female, simply put you need a mentor.
Your best mentor in this situation is somebody that has passed through similar route.
Such a person will be better equipped to play that role as he/she will be handy with these tools to help you:
-COMPASSION
-UNDERSTANDING
-DIRECTION ( the plan that you need to take to come out of your situation)
-PATIENCE (to stay with you while you work out the principles and the plan for your recovery)
-ASSISTANCE ( to help you find somebody else in a similar situation and give similar support that you've received to that person--the only guarantee that you've really understand what you are thought, and you can maintain your victory).

WHY THANK GOD EVERYDAY?
Today, its my joy to be back after a long time, away from this page.
Just like the title of this page; I give thanks to God for His infinite mercies.
Please, take my assurance that we'll keep date together on this page as regularly as possible from now on.
You can also be assured that a lot of resources awaits you if you visit frequently.
Also remember that its good and expected to thank Him daily.
In the next couple of days we shall examine further the: WHY, HOW, WHAT and WHEN to praise Him.

January 9 "But when he came to his senses, he said" Luke 15:17
Money Muddles
Came to his senses - The story of the prodigal son. We need to know the literal wording here in order to really see the picture. It is "to himself he came" (eis eauton elthon). This is a place that each of us must visit if we are to be useful to God. Paradoxically, even though it's wherever we are, it is quite a long way away.
The Biblical insight about the necessity of this visit can be seen throughout Scripture. Moses could not be used by God when he had not yet "come to himself". He spent forty years on the road to himself in order to experience brokenness. Along the way, he had to lose it all before God could use what was left (nothing).
Paul's religious zeal and passion kept him from connecting with himself. Until he became blind to his ambition, he was useless to God.
In the story of the rich man and Lazarus, there is no discussion of wickedness or sin, but the rich man still goes to hell. The story focuses on the rich man's life of disconnection with himself. When he dies, he is still disconnected. The rich man could have been a good person, but he could not see the need and the suffering right at his front door. His insensitivity was evidence that he had not connected.
The fundamental evidence of arrival at "coming to myself" is my identification with others. This is why Jesus could say that his followers would be known as those who "love one another".
More than any other tangible thing, money is the disconnecting agent. It keeps me from understanding who I am. Why? Because money muddles my mind. It makes me think that I have ability, strength, protection and power. It disrupts the truth of God's ordered universe. It prevents me from seeing that in my own strength, I can't handle living.
Coming to myself leads to me to "what would you have me to do Lord?" Until I arrive there, I cannot be launched into God's plan. But once I arrive at this distance shore next door, I am set free to experience God's power and direction. I just have to come to myself each day to be reminded that I don't live with the pigs anymore.

EVERY LIFE MADE WITH A VACUUM
Life to a lot of people remains a mystery, it will surely be so until an understanding is gotten of what LIFE is really all about.
At creation, a vacuum was left to be filled by each person with your choice, if you put the wrong thing there, then the journey may end up in circles; but if you made the right choice, then meaning can be found in LIFE.
A lot of the time, activity is what we always choose to put in that vacuum. If anyone made such a choice then confusion is the outcome, rather what is needed in that vacuum is a PERSON.
Until the right person is chosen the very first step in the life's journey to SUCCESS is a wrong step.
Life is systemic, even natuer reveals this. In the next post we'll be introduced to the PERSON I'm talking about.

GOOD LIFE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome on board the good life. The good thing about this type of life is that it is meant for the NOW, and not tomorrow. HOPE can be very powerful, particularly when it is for something good, and we should all learn to hope for something good.
The challenging part of the story is that, it is not meant to be perpetual, I mean HOPE; but when one starts getting wearied because of too long in waiting; then something definitely is missing somewhere.
Concept is the soul of any idea, and you know IDEAS move the world, e.g the INTERNET, the more reason why we should aspire to get the concept of ideas we are trying to push right from the onset. Concept that is wrong from the beginning is a tragedy; the idea becomes a dead one on arrival.
You will be fed with well proven concepts for living the good life, I mean the TOTAL LIFE on these web pages. Issues like:
PURPOSE FOR LIVING and how you can lay hand on the one for yours.
VISION and MISSION statements, that will serve as compass for your life journey.
EMPOWERMENT tools that will serve as hands-on-tool for the area that suites your chemistry.
LEADERSHIP SKILLS; the software for the TOTAL LIFE we are talking about.
Stay with me on this journey that promises some excitement all the way. I know a lot of people are so rough-handled by life that all they are seeking for is the magic wand that will catapult them to their dream land; amazingly there is NO such magic wand,even though I agree that there is A PROMISE LAND.
